The Dark Shadow Pack has very strong family ties, but nobody in the pack can say that more so then Taya. A run away from the Black Furies, Taya was out to take on the world on her own. She was found by NightStalker after a brutal fight she had with a Get of Fenris Ahroun almost dead. Night revived her and took her to his Caern. He then searched out the girls past and discovered that her mother was no other the Karen Fortress, one of his own pack members. To keep Taya around till he could spring the news on her he took Taya under his wing as her mentor. After her reuniting with her mother, years of training from NightStalker, and making her the Wyld Chyld she is now it was decided (with a lot of proding from the pack) to make her a member of the Dark Shadow Pack. This made her the newest and only member to be added to the pack.
