Who's Who in this Caern
It would be next to impossible to name every single Garou that is in the Caern at any one time, so What We've done is put a list of all the key players that you will find in or around it instead.
The Dark Shadow Pack
The biggest players in the caern would have to be the owners themselves. Tha Dark Shadow Pack as they call themselves erected the caern in hopes of being able to do what no one else had done to this level. Unite the 13 tribes. They will not say that they have been successful but they will admit that people are tolerable of each other. They are not sure if it's the tribes getting along or the fact that NightStalker and his Pack are a force to be reckoned with when their rules are broken.
