~ Our Sows ~

  Valoriel Esther
Self Black Sow

Esther's first litter arrived May 5th, 2002; she did a great job birthing four big, healthy pups! We paired her with our Blue Roan boar, Budweiser, after she shunned the attentions of our Golden Agouti, Bud Jr.. Her most special features are her big ears, which give her the nickname, "The Bat".

  Briar Patch Zinnia
Tri-Roan Sow red/black/white   DOB 4-18-00

This lovely pedigireed sow was 'rescued' at a show by its original breeder, who let her come and join my herd. After a few months of TLC, she was ready for action; we have bred her to our dynamic black boar, Momo, and we're sure that they will produce some beautiful and robust babies.

  Truelove Tartufo
Red Roan mm Sow   DOB 12-19-01

This is a sow from our first Truelove litter, and she is amzing both in type and temperament. While she is not showable, we are really looking forward to breeding her with our best boar, Island's Bud Jr., in the very near future.

  Island's Raisin
Self Chocolate mm Sow   DOB 2-22-02

This is a gorgeous, typey sow with an even, dense coat and rich chocolate colour. A fine addition to our caviary, she will be put into breeding sometime in the early fall. The picture really doesn't do her justice!
