It's simple! Any material that conforms to the specifications of our household
blue box recycling program can be recycled from the IC&I sector.
- If you are located on an existing curbside Blue Box collection route, limited quantities
of materials can be picked up at no charge. There is a limit of 3 blue boxes per week and no
curbside old corrugated cardboard (OCC) service.

- A 24 hour drop-off depot is located at the recycling plant at 270 West St. in Trenton.
This depot can handle smaller volumes. Iif you have larger quantities of recyclable
materials, there may be a tipping fee or rebate. Call us for current market conditions and
terms.
- For material volumes exceeding curbside collection limits, or for more convenience or
aesthetic reasons, the Waste Services Board offers a large bin service using the same bins
as apartment buildings (95 gallon carts with wheels and lids). Office paper and Aluminum
cans can be handled at no charge, other materials have a charge of $7.00 per bin per pick
up. Weekly or bi-weekly service is available.
- You can also contract with a private hauler for haulage and/or disposal services. Click
here for a list of Recyclers and Haulers.
