Over the past three years the team has grown by 40% and has moved from
fifteenth place in Ontario Division 3 to Ontario Divisio 2. We were ninth at
the Ontario Short Course Age Group Championships. There are five Dolphin
swimmers listed in the May TAG standings and four relay teams as well. Three
of these swimmers are top five. Our team currently has fourty-eight swimmers in total.
The CFB Trenton Dolphins have experienced some great success as we have developedinto
a solid, and we continue to strive for excellence. We are a great team to be a
part of, where swimmers, coaches, and parents work together to achieve a common goal.

Team Mission Statement: to produce national caliber athletes on a consistent
basis by providing every athlete with an environment that will allow him or her
to systematically progress from the novice to the elite levels of competition.
To attain this goal we believe that the coaches have the responsibility to
teach the skills that instill the dream. We believe that every athlete must
be hard working and dedicated to remain in this program. And finally we
believe that every parent must support the overall program by volunteering to
chair committees, work events and officiate competitions.
